The Bord Gais Energy Theatre will on occasion allow a change of date or time for shows running for one week or more. Please note this is subject the availability and terms and conditions. If your booking is made with the theatre you must contact them directly to process any exchanges.

If you selected standard mail and do not receive your tickets within 2 business days of your event, click on the Contact Us tab above immediately. We will determine the nature of the problem, and if your tickets are replaceable, instruct you as to where and when to pick up your replacement tickets.
This is normally done at the Box Office prior to the show, and the tickets are marked as "Duplicate" so that they are easily identified as the valid tickets. Replacement tickets must be picked up by the credit card holder with the original credit card used in the purchase. Please advise if the card holder will not be attending the event when requesting your duplicate tickets.
In order for us to deal with your query we would need you to confirm your order number and last 4 digits on the card used for purchase.
If you are unsure what your delivery option is, please check your email confirmation or your online Ticketmaster account as you may have chosen box office collection or TicketFast.
COBO (Care of Box Office) is a method of delivery whereby the customer collects their tickets from the box office for the event.
Where is the box office? The box office for most events is at the venue where the event is due to take place. If your event is to take place at a venue, theatre, club or pub the box office will be at the main entrance. If you are unsure of the location of the box office for your event, please do not hesitate to get in touch by using the "Contact Us" tab above. If your event is to take place at a sports ground or is an outdoor event, please check with customer service for more details as this location may vary. An email is generally sent closer to the time of the event advising you of the box office location and opening hours. Please note that Ticketmaster outlets are NOT collection points.
What do I need to collect my tickets at the Box Office? You will need to provide the following to collect your tickets from the box office: Order Number (please note confirmation number is the same thing) and the Credit/Debit card used for purchase.
When can I collect my tickets? Tickets can only be collected on the day of the event usually 1 hour prior to the show time, or at the same time the doors open. Again, this will vary for sporting and outdoor events.
Important Information regarding Box Office Collections at The SSE Arena. Any person collecting a ticket from the SSE Arena Box Office must present: 1/ The card used to make the purchase 2/ Card Holder should present valid government issued photo ID eg Driving License or Passport. Failure to present staff with either of the above will mean that tickets will NOT be issued. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
What if there are a few nights of the same show on can I collect my tickets at one of those? Again no. All collections for each event are only printed on the day of that event and are not printed prior to any event once box office collection has been chosen.
If I cannot attend the event can I have a 3rd party collect the tickets on my behalf? If you cannot attend an event and your tickets are being left care of box office, a 3rd party can collect your tickets at the venue providing they have the order number and a photocopy of the card used to make the booking (showing the last 4 digits, the other 12 digits may be covered) In some cases a letter of authorization from the card holder is required. Please contact us to advise the name of the 3rd party you wish to collect tickets on your behalf as the box office staff will need to know who to expect. (This service is NOT available at the SSE Arena Belfast)

If you have a confirmation/order number for your purchase, your booking was successful and your tickets will be issued to you.
Ticketmaster aims to post all tickets as soon as possible after booking, unless stated otherwise at the time of your booking. It is not unusual for your tickets be sent closer to the event date and can arrive up to 72 hours prior to the event date.
If you have not received your tickets within 48 working hours of the event, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
Please note: Ticketmaster only posts tickets to the billing address of a credit card. If the address in your booking does not correspond to that held by your credit card company we may cancel your tickets.
Some types of tickets have posting restrictions, including:
International Mail Customers - If we can't post the tickets to you in time, delivery through the post will not be an option in the booking process, and international customers will be asked to pick up tickets at the box office.
If your address changes before we are able to post your tickets, please contact our Customer Services department immediately. In order to change your address details, we require written confirmation of your new address in the form of a photocopy of the card statement with your new address printed on it.

Once you find the event you want to see, Ticketmaster offers three easy ways to purchase tickets.
Online By Phone Ticket Centre
1. Select a specific event date and click on "find tickets" to go to the order form.
2. To look for tickets*Select the number of tickets you'd like to purchase. Select the ticket price/section. Click the "Continue" button.
* - Ticketmaster searches for the best available tickets based on the criteria you enter. Please adhere to any posted ticket limits.
3. Review ticket details and select a delivery method
The details of your order are displayed. You'll be able to view the best available tickets that were found, look at a seating chart and select your delivery method. You will have two minutes to review and complete this page. If your order is not completed in two minutes, the tickets will be released.
4. Enter billing information
Please have your credit card and billing information ready. If your credit card was issued by a United States bank, you may be asked for your Card Identification Number (CIN) which is located on the back of your card. Once you click on the "Submit Order" button, your credit card will be charged. You will have three minutes to review and complete this page. If your order is not completed in three minutes, the tickets will be released.
For your protection, tickets can only by mailed to the cardholder's billing address. We will send a confirmation email with your event and billing information.
5. Confirmation page
Your order is complete when you receive an order number.

Ticketmaster works with a number of retail partners to provide fully computerised entertainment ticketing services that enable people to walk in, buy a ticket, and carry it away in-hand. Ticket Centre staff members use the Ticketmaster system to show you seating plans of the venue, and event information, including venue directions and facilities available onsite. You can pay for tickets by cash, cheque or Ticketmaster Gift Vouchers in all locations. Credit and debit cards can be used in nearly all sites.
Please note that Ticket Centres cannot accept any phone calls regarding tickets. Once tickets have been purchased they cannot be exchanged, refunded, cancelled or replaced. Of the many Ticketmaster events, the vast majority are available from Ticket Centres. However, a very few can only be booked by telephone or online as some promoters and venues will only accept their own tickets for entry to events and not ones issued by the Ticketmaster computer system. Therefore, Ticket Centres cannot sell these tickets, as they are unable to print the tickets out. If you chose standard post, please give it until 3 days before the event for your tickets to arrive – even once they've left us, it can sometimes take a little longer than expected to get to you through the post. Don't worry though – if they still haven't arrived by 3 days before, just get in touch here and we'll make sure you gain entry.

We understand that after making a booking that you may move house or need to have the tickets sent to a different address. But before you put your change of address request through there are a few things to be aware of so that we can help you. Please look at the info below first and we’ll update your details as quickly as possible.
I haven’t made a booking yet – do I have to wait until I’ve booked tickets before changing the address? Nope! Before you book your tickets, just log into your online account and go into edit Billing Information. Updating the billing information in your online account will only store the address for any bookings you might make in the future – for any outstanding orders you need to get in touch.
I’m Moving house soon – can I update my address now? If you've moved house recently, please get in touch as soon as possible to update the address on your order. Please remember if you are moving house soon to wait till you've moved before requesting a change of address – there’s always the chance that we’ll send the tickets early before you move.
The tickets weren’t booked on my card – can I still update the address? Sorry, we can only update the address if the cardholder for the booking contacts us directly – it’s a security issue. If the tickets were bought for you as a gift or your partner booked the tickets, we’ll still need the cardholder to contact us. If you’re not the named cardholder, we won’t be able to make any changes to the order.
Can you send my tickets to an alternative delivery address? Sorry! We can only send to the billing address of the card.
My booking says the tickets are processing – can I still change my address? We can't update the address once we've started to process your tickets for dispatch, as we’re unable to single them out from that point. Please be sure to get in touch as soon as you can once you've moved.
How do I contact you with my new billing address? It’s easy! Just hit the Contact Us tab above, choose Change of Address as the category and be sure to fill in all the fields. It’s important that we have all the info before we can update your order – just so we can be sure that we’re dealing with the cardholder. You will need to include proof of address in your email as a bank statement or utility bill. You can attach this at the end of the form before you hit send. If you need to change the address on more than one order, please be sure to include all your reference numbers.
If you have selected TicketFast as your delivery method you can print your tickets quickly and easily from your My Ticketmaster account by following the below steps.

Tickets can be printed in black and white or colour. One ticket per A4 page, do not print tickets back to back.
What are Platinum Tickets? Platinum Tickets are some of the best available tickets to concerts and other events made available by artists and event providers through Ticketmaster. They give fans fair and safe access to some of the best seats in the house.
Are Platinum Tickets resale tickets? No. Platinum Tickets were not purchased initially and then posted for resale; they are being sold for the first time through Ticketmaster Platinum. Ticketmaster Platinum enables market-based pricing (adjusting prices per supply and demand) for live event tickets, like how airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold. The goal is to give the most passionate fans fair and safe access to the best tickets, while enabling artists and other people involved in staging live events to price tickets closer to their true value.
Why can't I buy Platinum Tickets for certain events? Currently Platinum Tickets are not available for all events. Be sure to check Ticketmaster often as new events are continually being added.
How are my tickets delivered? Depending on the event, Ticketmaster Platinum offers box office collection, standard post and/or secure post delivery options.
What is the Current Price per ticket? The price you pay is the original price of the ticket. Platinum Tickets were not purchased initially and then posted for resale; they are being sold for the first time through Ticketmaster Platinum on behalf of the artist or event provider. Other amounts or fees may also be included in the Current Price, or may be added on top of the Current Price. If additional amounts are added on top of the Current Price, they will be displayed on the website before you complete your purchase.
Are there any other elements included with my Platinum Tickets purchase? Typically, there are no additional elements to a Ticketmaster Platinum Ticket purchase such as hospitality or merchandise. Please contact us in advance of making a purchase if you require any further information or clarification.
As with all purchases with Ticketmaster, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange once a booking is confirmed unless the event is cancelled.
When are my tickets going to be dispatched? Ticketmaster Platinum aims to post all tickets within 7-10 days of the event date, unless stated otherwise at the time of your booking. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Irish and UK Mail Customers - If you have selected delivery through standard post, please allow 7- 10 days. Some types of tickets have posting restrictions, including: International Mail Customers - If we can't post the tickets to you in time, delivery through the post will not be an option in the booking process, and international customers will be asked to pick up tickets at the box office.
Can I change my delivery address after booking? How do I change the address on a previous booking? To change the billing address to which your tickets are due to be sent to you must contact us at the earliest possible convenience with the last 4 digits on your card used for purchase, your order number and proof of new address as a bank statement or utility bill so we may put a hold on your tickets being dispatched to the wrong address.
Why can't I see my Platinum orders in My Ticketmaster? You will not be able to see your Ticketmaster Platinum orders in the My Ticketmaster section of the Ticketmaster site. Please refer to your confirmation email for event details or contact us with questions.
