What is eTicket delivery?

·If eTicket delivery is available on your event, you will be able to choose how you wish to view your tickets.  You can print at home when logged in via your desktop/laptop or view and present them for entry at the venue on your mobile device via the Ticketmaster mobile website or Ticketmaster app.  You can also bookmark your mobile web ticket.

Where do I select eTicket delivery?

·The eTicket option will be displayed along with other delivery options when it is available.  Note that eTicket delivery will not be available for every event.

What if the barcode does not scan at the venue?

·All mobile tickets display a 2D barcode with 17 digits. In the event that a venue scanner cannot read your mobile ticket, you will be referred to the Box Office for physical tickets to be issued.

 

Will the scanners at venues work through phone screen covers?

•Yes - there should be no issue using a phone that has a clear screen protector.

Is there anything I need to do when I get to the venue to scan my mobile?

•Make sure the backlight on the phone is set nice and bright. Scanners work much better with a bright  screen and it will save time at the venue entrance changing this if the ticket won't scan.

What happens if I lose/change my phone?

•You can still choose to use the Print-at-Home (TicketfastÒ) option by logging into your My Ticketmaster  account and print off your tickets.

What information displays on the back of my mobile ticket?

What will happen if the barcode is sent to a non-smartphone?

•You will not be able to view the ticket. In this instance you may view the Print-at-Home (TicketfastÒ) ticket on your desktop computer via the link in your confirmation email and print your barcoded ticket, or visit the Box Office on the day of the event to have a  physical ticket printed.

Do all members in my booking have to arrive together if I have selected eTicket delivery?

·Yes, all members in your booking must arrive together as scanning will be conducted on your (the purchaser’s) mobile device.

What happens if I forget my phone or my battery dies at the venue?

·If you find yourself at the venue and are unable to access your ticket on your mobile phone, please visit the Box  Office. You will need to provide some form of ID so that the Box Office staff can access your Ticketmaster account details.

 

Using your Ticketmaster iPHONE app

 

1- Tap My Tickets at the bottom of  the home screen

2- Scroll to your event then tap View Tickets next to  the order number

3- Tap on the  symbol  on the right hand side multiple tickets will  display beneath each other.

Demand is going to be incredibly high. Invitation fan presale helps to ensure only Harry’s fans have the opportunity to access tickets. Harry Styles Live On Tour invitation presale registration closes on Sunday 11 June, 10pm.

We want to help as many of you as possible to see Harry Styles on the European leg of his tour. As the invitation presale approaches, here are some tips to help answer any questions.

Q: When does registration close?

Q: Can I register for the European invitation presale from outside Europe?
A: Yes, you can register for the invitation presale from outside Europe but only for the European dates for this tour.
Q: Can I register for the Harry Styles Invitation Presale in Europe more than once?
A: Fans may only register once per event for the invitation presale in Europe.
Q: Can I register for more than one date for the Harry Styles Invitation Presale in Europe?
A: Yes, fans may register for more than one venue/date, but only once per venue/date.
Q: I registered more than once, will I be disqualified?
A: Don’t worry, you will not be disqualified. If you used the same email or phone number for an event, only the last registration for that venue/date will be kept.
Q: Does buying the album guarantee me the chance to get tickets?
A: In Europe, buying the album does not impact the invitation presale ticket purchase process for this tour. However, in other countries this may work differently.
Q: Will I get a confirmation email once I’ve registered?
A: No, however all applicants will receive an email the evening of Tuesday 13th June letting them know if they were successful or not in the ballot for securing an invitation presale code.
Q: Does registering mean I get a code?
A: No, successfully registering does not guarantee you will receive a code.  Successful registrants will be entered into a ballot to receive a code.
Q: Does getting a code mean I will get tickets?
A: If you receive a code you will have access to the invitation presale, but getting tickets is not guaranteed – they will be served on a first come first served basis.
Q: If I get a code can I get tickets for more than one show?
A: If you receive a code it should only be used for the date specified within the email. This code will be sent to you before the invitation presale begins with the details of the event the code applies to.
Q: If I registered for more than one event, will I get more than one code?
A: The ballot is run on an event by event basis. If you registered for more than one event, you may receive more than one code in separate emails if you are successful.
Q: When is the presale?
A: In Europe, the invitation presale is on Wednesday 14 June 9am local time, for fans who receive codes.
Q: What is the ticket limit?
A: In Europe to allow as many fans as possible to enjoy Harry Styles, there is a strict four (4) ticket limit per event. Anyone found to have purchased more than 4 tickets per event may have all tickets refunded without notification.

A: No. The tickets will be in the Ticketmaster account holder’s account. (Remember, receiving a code does not guarantee tickets, as these will be sold on a first come first served basis.)

PREPPING FOR THE INVITATION PRESALE
Harry Styles fans, get ready for the LIVE ON TOUR Harry Styles invitation presale
Q: How do I purchase tickets for the Harry Styles Invitation Presale?
A: The presale opens on Wednesday 14 June 9am local time. It’s a simple, standard purchase process and the steps below will help you navigate your search and purchase.

1. All fans who register will receive an email by midnight on Tuesday 13th June letting them know if they have been successful in the ballot for codes.
If successful, you will then receive an offer code via email on Wednesday 14th June a couple of hours before the presale begins at 9am local time. This email will include timing details and a link to where you can purchase your tickets, along with your one time use unique offer code.

2a. For Ticketmaster purchases
Sign-in to your Ticketmaster Account in advance: know your Ticketmaster password (or reset it in advance).
Need to reset your password? Reset My Password
Make sure you have a valid debit or credit card with updated billing information in your account.
Need to update debit or credit card or billing information? My Account 
Please add you Eircode/postcode to your billing information. Find your Eircode here.

2b. Non-Ticketmaster Purchases
Not all events are sold on Ticketmaster. While requirements vary depending on the ticket provider, proactive account setup with a valid debit or credit card and updated billing information is generally encouraged.

3. Click the link you were sent in the email at the appropriate time.

4. Enter your unique offer code in the space labeled “Offer Code”.  Make sure you enter the code exactly as it appears in the email you receive.

5. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are NOT guaranteed. Do not exceed the ticket limit of four (4) per event. Any more tickets purchased on a single event will be voided. Anyone found to have purchased more than 4 tickets per event may have all tickets refunded without notification.

6. For faster checkout, make sure all billing and debit or credit card information are up to date prior to the start of the presale.
Q: When should I expect my presale code?

Q: The presale has started, I registered and never received my offer code?

A: You may have maxed out your ticket limit. Due to demand, the invitation presale has a ticket limit to allow more fans like you to get tickets. Each code can purchase up to 4 tickets per event.
Q: How come I received an invitation presale code but can’t get tickets?
A: We’ve seen massive interest for this tour and invitation presale tickets. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are NOT guaranteed.

Q: If I’m not registered for the invitation presale will I still have a chance to get tickets?
A: Yes. Remaining tickets will go on sale on Friday 16 June 9am local time.

Unfortunately, Tony Bennett's sold-out concert at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre this Sunday, June 25 is cancelled as the 19-time Grammy winner has a flu virus and has been advised by his medical doctor to rest and recover for the next few days.  

 

Tony sends his deepest regrets to all his fans in Ireland that he will not be to perform for them as he was greatly looking forward to being back in Ireland again where he has received such a warm response from audiences over the years.

All tickets are given a row & seat number for inventory purposes. Standing tickets will say PITCH or GA.

 

Q: What are the age restrictions?

A: Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult of 18+. We advise parents with small children to purchase seated tickets where possible.

 

Q: What do I do if my parent buys me a ticket on their card and they do not wish to attend the show?

A: Please purchase tickets in the cardholder’s name and on the day of the show please provide the attending party with the credit card, or a photocopy/photo of the card used at the time of booking. You will also need to bring along a valid ID to reflect family name.

 

Q: How can I purchase wheelchair/accessible seating tickets?

A: Wheelchair/accessible seating tickets will be available for all 4 venues, to purchase tickets for these areas please call Ticketmaster on:

Q: What are the entry requirements?

A: For tickets purchased online: To gain access to the concert you are required to bring your tickets along with the purchasing credit card or a photo/photocopy of the credit card and a valid form of ID to reflect family name.

For tickets purchased in outlets: Whether you have paid by cash or credit card your name will be printed on your tickets and you will be required to bring valid ID, or a photocopy, to gain access to the show.

 

When will we receive our tickets?

There are no eTickets or ‘’print-at-home’’ tickets. There will be physical printed tickets sent out in the weeks prior to the show. You will not receive your tickets until the spring of 2018 at the earliest.

Gift Wrap is an option available on the delivery page when booking online. Tickets will be sent along with a gift wrap wallet in Ticketmaster colours - ideal if you want to gift the tickets as a special present.

Tickets will be delivered within 5 days of purchase and will be sent to the billing address only. Tickets cannot be sent directly to the gift recipient.  This is a non-secure delivery method. If the option is available, you may want to choose DHL as your delivery method. (Gift wrap is not available on Secure Post).

If you selected Gift Wrap as your delivery method and have not received the Wallet and your tickets within 2 business days of your event, please contact Ticketmaster Customer Services immediately. In the unlikely event you have not received your Gift Wallet with tickets and your tickets need to be replaced and collected at the venue box office Ticketmaster will refund you the cost of the Gift Wrapping.

The Promoter has advised Sweet at Vicar Street won't be going ahead on 8th November.
 We’ve got an official statement from them below:
 
 ‘As a result of unforeseen circumstances the performance of Sweet and Mud which is due to take place on Sunday 8th November at Vicar street ,unfortunately is cancelled.
Due to the fact that this is Sweets Farewell touring schedule there is no more available space to fit in a new date for concert." 
 
We’re sure you’re just as disappointed as us, but we want to help you get your money back quickly…
If you booked online, over the phone, we’re sending the funds back to the credit card you used to purchase the tickets. It can take some time to process, so please give us up to 7 days to process your refund before you start to worry.
If you stopped into one of our Ticketmaster outlets to buy your tickets, you’ll need to swing by one more time with the tickets. The outlet staff will help you with your refund.

We understand that after making a booking that you may move house or need to have the tickets sent to a different address. But before you put your change of address request through there are a few things to be aware of so that we can help you. Please look at the info below first and we’ll update your details as quickly as possible.

 

I haven’t made a booking yet – do I have to wait until I’ve booked tickets before changing the address? Nope! Before you book your tickets, just log into your online account and go into edit Billing Information. Updating the billing information in your online account will only store the address for any bookings you might make in the future – for any outstanding orders you need to get in touch.

 

I’m Moving house soon – can I update my address now? If you've moved house recently, please get in touch as soon as possible to update the address on your order. Please remember if you are moving house soon to wait till you've moved before requesting a change of address – there’s always the chance that we’ll send the tickets early before you move.

 

The tickets weren’t booked on my card – can I still update the address? Sorry, we can only update the address if the cardholder for the booking contacts us directly – it’s a security issue. If the tickets were bought for you as a gift or your partner booked the tickets, we’ll still need the cardholder to contact us. If you’re not the named cardholder, we won’t be able to make any changes to the order.

 

Can you send my tickets to an alternative delivery address? Sorry! We can only send to the billing address of the card.

 

My booking says the tickets are processing – can I still change my address? We can't update the address once we've started to process your tickets for dispatch, as we’re unable to single them out from that point. Please be sure to get in touch as soon as you can once you've moved.

 

How do I contact you with my new billing address? It’s easy! Just hit the Contact Us tab above, choose Change of Address as the category and be sure to fill in all the fields. It’s important that we have all the info before we can update your order – just so we can be sure that we’re dealing with the cardholder. You will need to include proof of address in your email as a bank statement or utility bill. You can attach this at the end of the form before you hit send. If you need to change the address on more than one order, please be sure to include all your reference numbers.
